I want to apologize ahead of time. This will be a mostly pictureless post. Sorry:-( I know that's boring, right?
I have several things I need to get done this month, but I don't have patterns or the fabric to show you yet.
1. Finish up my son's quilt. No way will it be ready in time for his birthday since that is Tomorrow!! The backing fabric should be here on Monday so it will be a little belated.
2 & 3. Two quilts for Margeret's Hope Chest for 2 little girls who will be turning 7 in April. All of the children in the Wrapped in Hope program have 1 or both parents incarcerated. Sadly, I think alot of times these children are forgotten. It's through no fault of their own though, and Carin had a fabulous idea that each child would get a handmade quilt just for them on their birthday's on behalf the parent who is in jail. How awesome is that? If you can help, she's still looking for more volunteer quilters. These will be my second and third quilts donated to this cause. Here's the 1st one I made for 7 year old Nydia who loves pink, blue and ballet:
And my girl testing it out to be sure it passed the test ☺
4. Start on my cousin's baby quilt. I have no pattern or fabric for this one yet either, but I really need to get my butt in gear! She's due in April.
5. Make some potholders. Mine seemt to be disappearing. Hmm, maybe it's the same one who steals the mate to all of our socks. Anyone else have a dryer monster? I swear I put them in the washing machine and they disappear from the washer to the dryer.

I am sure the bday quilt will be well worth the wait :)
Good luck with your goals.
Looks like it is going to be a great month for you!
OH my goodness, your going to be one busy quilter!! But you can totally do it - its still only the beginning of the month! I love your Hope Chest quilts, they are gorgeous!
Great projects - and it will be more exciting to see your finishes, since we didn't get to see them here. How sweet of you to donate your time to brighten a child's life!!! Can't wait to see! Happy Birthday to your son - and I'm rooting for you on all of those projects!
Sounds like you have ambitious plans! Quit reading this and get sewing!!!!
Lots of great goals there...your girl is such a sweetie pie! ... plus that's a beauty of a quilt!
