Amy over at Park City Girl is hosting a Blogger's Quilt Festival( Thanks Amy!) Here' my entry:
I really wish I had taken better pictures!
This one was made for my Grandma for her birthday. I used a lovely triple Irish Chain pattern from ModaBakeShop.
It is made with an Oh Cherry Oh honey bun from Moda and alot of White Kona Cotton:-)
I love the colors on this one, it was hard to give it up!
On the back I appliqued all of her great-grandchildren's hands and feet and put their names and ages on the label.

It is beautiful and I love the back!
I love the Irish chain! That's one that I'd definitely like to try sometime. You did a gorgeous job!
I love this pattern! It is beautiful.
What a treasure! I love the colors, but the back is so special!
This one literally took my breath away! How lovely! The colors, the fabric, the pattern and the back is enough on its own. Thank you for being such a sweetheart for your grandma!
Blessings!
I've made a quilt out of a honey bun roll from this range, just lovely. How special for your Grandma. :)
What an excellent idea for the back! I also like the colors. This is definitely a happy quilt!
That is a beautiful quilt, and even a more beautiful story to go with it! Thanks for sharing!
Cute! And I love the special touches on the back!
Your Irish Chain is darling, and the back almost as special as the front. And I love your blog header, those are some cute little toes!
The back is so cool. I really think I'm going to have to do something like this for my grandmother.
The back with the hands and feet is such a wonderful, thoughtful idea. Very sweet.
The quilt is beautiful, but it is so much more significant with the hand and footprints on the back.
this is just perfect! I love the Irish Chain, the hands and the feet. I just made a simple blanket for my grandmother with the hands of our babies embroidered on it--just three of her great-grandbabies, but I know she will love it when it arrives in the mail. So pretty and so thoughtful!
You haven't made very many quilts?!?! This is just incredible. The hands and feet on the back is a perfect touch. I'll have to remember that!
Beautiful job, I too love the backing!
Your quilt is priceless. the back is especially important. Love the feet and hands.
What a beautiful quilt for your grandmother. Such a sweet story. Triple irish chain is a great pattern, and I love the hands and feet on the back. Our family always tries to do something like that too with the grandchildren. Thanks for sharing.
It's lovely! And what a neat idea for the back!!!

Perfectly sweet--front and back!
Such a pretty quilt. The fabrics are great and I love the cheery fabric on the back.
Oh, it's almost like a growth chart, how special is THAT? I bet it was hard to give away and at the same time, you must have been so excited to give your Grandmother the best gift she ever received!
I'm terribly impressed, it looks hard to make a quilt like that, all those little fiddly bits! Nice job,CraftyMama!
what a wonderful idea to put the kids hands and feet on it. what a wonderful way to make her feel close to all of you.
Wow, I love it so much. The border is fabulous too. What a sweet idea to have the hands and feet on the back.
Very nice quilt and I love the back...
Soooo cute!
Absolutely lovely quilt! I love it. I also love your banner!
Would you like to adopt me as an extra grandma? Then I might get a quilt like this from you too.
Love the quilt and the sentiment of the great grandkids hands and feet. Beautiful fabrics. Great job!
What an AWESOME cheerful family love FILLED quilt you stitched for your Grandmother! : ) While the front is beautiful, it's the back that is most special of all. ; ) Thanks for sharing!
