A silly Question

I've heard the importance of oiling your sewing machine. But I cannot find in my manual anywhere where and what I am actually supposed to oil, although they did include a little bottle of it with my machine?

I have a Brother PC-420.



Can anyone help the slow girl? LOL

I have no clue and I've been sewing steady for 10 years lol! My machine got stuck from not being oiled once so I gave it to my husband and he got it going again. That was 2 years ago and I haven't oiled it since. Sorry, no help but I thought you should know you aren't alone.
